Meet the Author

My name is Kathryn. I have been and done many things during my relatively short time traveling around the sun.

daughter, grand daughter, sister, cousin, niece, friend, classmate, pupil, girlfriend, tutor, student teacher, helper, assistant, teacher, babysitter, fiancé, Airman, wife, mother, Sergeant, employee, coworker, nurse, ex-wife, are a sampling of the roles and titles I have held in 38 years.

I have an interesting faith story that maybe I can share some other time. I consider myself a very spiritual person, and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a recent convert. Spirituality and mental/emotional health are important to me. I believe in holistically addressing the health of an individual.

I am divorced and have 2 children and live near Dallas, Texas. I am a nurse by training, with the majority of my experience in women's health.
